RayTools and Precitec cutting heads

Otinus machines are equipped as standard with a RayTools autofocus cutting head, providing high cutting quality, reliability, and ease of operation for most industrial applications. For more demanding projects, an optional Precitec head is available, offering even greater precision, higher working speed, and excellent results when processing thick or complex materials.

Rotary chuck for profiles and tubes

The rotary chuck enables extremely precise cutting of tubes and profiles up to 6,000 mm in length and with diameters of up to 350 mm. This wide range of capabilities makes the machine ideal for manufacturing steel structures, load-bearing elements, and complex spatial components. The applied material clamping system ensures a secure grip and stability, resulting in high repeatability, accuracy, and cut quality—even at high working speeds.
