The PRO model is intended for precise cutting of steel sheets up to 6 mm thick and up to 3200 mm in length.

Components and hydraulic system

As with the Base line, PRO guillotine shears use top-quality components: a Rexroth hydraulic valve, a main motor under Siemens license, and Schneider electrical systems. Steel pipes are used in the hydraulic system instead of flexible hoses, minimizing the risk of leaks and increasing reliability. The key innovation is the CybTouch 8 W controller with a large, color touchscreen. The controller automatically calculates cutting settings based on material thickness, selects the appropriate blade clearance and cutting angle, and adjusts the backgauge. An integrated pressure management system controls the clamping force and hydraulic system pressure.

The CybTouch 8W controller is equipped with a clear touchscreen display and a highly intuitive interface, making machine operation easy even for less experienced operators. The system automatically selects cutting parameters and the optimal blade clearance, ensuring excellent edge quality and minimal material deformation. Thanks to intelligent algorithms, the controller significantly reduces machine setup time and eliminates the risk of setting errors.

Fast and precise operation Automatic backgauge

The electronically controlled backgauge automatically positions the sheet according to the program settings. The foldaway function retracts the backgauge at the appropriate moment, preventing sheet bending during processing. As a result, the operator can work safely and accurately even with thin materials, while the process becomes more stable and repeatable.

Stabilization of long workpieces 2/3 supports

Specially designed supports support up to two-thirds of the sheet length, significantly minimizing the risk of bending. This solution is particularly beneficial when processing large, heavier sheet formats, improving operator ergonomics and ensuring precise material guidance throughout the entire process.

Return to Sender RTS function

The RTS system automatically returns the cut part back to the operator. This eliminates the need for the operator to move behind the machine to collect the workpiece, increasing workplace safety and speeding up the production process. The function is particularly convenient when cutting small and medium-sized parts that require quick handling.

Automatic clamping force and pressure management

The machine controller automatically adjusts the sheet clamping force and the pressure of the entire hydraulic system. This ensures ideal cutting conditions for different material thicknesses, extends blade life, and guarantees repeatable results regardless of operating intensity.

Full process automation Large sequence memory

The machine allows the storage of extensive programs and cutting sequences, enabling the operator to quickly switch between tasks and carry out serial production without the need for reprogramming. This function significantly speeds up work and minimizes the risk of errors during repetitive operations.

Oil Cooling System OCS system

PCS Pressure Control System
