We have completed another comprehensive implementation at our customer’s facility. This time, we delivered and commissioned the PCO-6020-D plasma cutting machine, fully prepared for intensive production work.
The machine is equipped with the Hypertherm Powermax 105 plasma power source, ensuring high cut quality and repeatability, as well as the Airpol KT5 rotary screw compressor with an FP78S filter, providing stable compressed air parameters—without compromises or unplanned downtime.
The scope of the project included not only the delivery of the equipment, but also installation and hands-on operator training. As a result, the customer’s team can fully utilize the technological capabilities of the new workstation from day one.
This is another example of our turnkey approach: from configuration selection, through commissioning, to real support for the people who work with these machines every day. Technology should simply work—without requiring an instruction manual thicker than the technical documentation itself.
