Customer Project – Fast Implementation, Tangible Results
We completed a comprehensive implementation of a laser cutting solution, consisting of the FLV-3015-CT-6022 6 kW enclosed laser cutting machine together with the PCO-3015-D plasma cutting machine from Otinus.
The new installation significantly increased production efficiency and streamlined work with both sheets and profiles. The high laser source power ensures fast and precise cutting, while the use of a shuttle (exchangeable) working table allows the next sheet to be prepared in parallel with the cutting process. In practice, this means continuous operation without technological downtime and better utilization of machine time.
The scope of the project included delivery, installation, team training, and production testing on the customer’s real workpieces. From day one, the system has been operating at full production capacity.
